One of the things I like about being a realtor is showing houses to potential buyers. I’m always amazed at the things I see…some good, some bad. This one put a smile on my face — it was a WZZM TV-13 Throwback!
I was showing a house on Friday afternoon with another realtor friend of mine. He sees this magnet on the refrigerator and smugly asks me, “So, do you know any of these people?” Know them?! I know each and every one of them!
I’m guessing this magnet is from the mid 1990’s.
Here are the people on the magnet:
- Lee VanAmeyde, who has since retired from TV-13
- Tracy Forner, who now works at WISH TV in Indianapolis, IN
- Kim Covington, according to her Facebook page she is the Senior Director at Arizona Community Foundation
- Bill Steffen, chief meteorologist at WOOD TV-8
- Juliet Dragos, the lone survivor — still anchoring the news at WZZM TV-13
